Happiness Lives Within Moments of Awareness

When these words came to me,

I felt a mysterious sense of calm,

as if I were wrapped in the gentle light of a quiet morning.

No matter how much we wish to “be happy,”

have we ever truly understood what “happiness” really means?

We gain so much, fulfill our dreams, receive love,

and in those moments, we convince ourselves—

“This must be happiness.”

And yet, our hearts often feel just a little unsatisfied,

nudging us to search for a new kind of happiness once again.

But one day, if you simply pause—

and let yourself notice the “light,”

the “warmth,”

or a gentle word from someone close by,

you may realize happiness isn’t some distant prize.

It’s quietly, certainly, already here—within you, or right beside you.
